In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the aeh365 website accessible at aeh365.app, including all subpages, products, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User to access Platform products and services.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering or other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wager amount that must be placed from Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

References to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an Account on aeh365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You must not already hold an active or previously terminated Account on the aeh365 Platform.

aeh365 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to satisfy a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is completed. Any Account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be terminated immediately, with all associated balances forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any other individual, and that you are not a current or former employee, contractor, or director of aeh365 or any of its affiliated entities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aeh365 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.

You must notify the aeh365 support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. aeh365 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. However, aeh365 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access prior to such notification.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your aeh365 Account and change it immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
• You must not allow any other person — including family members or friends — to access or use your Account.
• You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your Account, whether or not those actions were authorised by you.

aeh365 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. aeh365 accepts no responsibility for Account security breaches where a player has chosen not to enable available security features.

All financial transactions on the aeh365 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though aeh365 may apply limits to specific payment methods or account tiers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes for standard accounts and within 5 minutes for verified VIP accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 hours. aeh365 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Platform Fees: aeh365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which aeh365 accepts no responsibility.

aeh365 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. All funds deposited into an aeh365 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

aeh365 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction reasonably suspected to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended immediately with all balances frozen pending investigation.

aeh365 offers a range of promotional bonuses and rewards, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the offer is made available. All bets and wagers placed on the aeh365 Platform are final and binding once confirmed. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee profits at the expense of aeh365.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a conduit for illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward aeh365 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to obscure your true geographic location.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where aeh365 suspects but cannot yet confirm prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account and withhold pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

aeh365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account settings panel. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

aeh365 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aeh365 reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance at any time and to modify or discontinue any feature or product on the Platform with or without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aeh365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the aeh365 Platform, including but not limited to the aeh365 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of aeh365 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aeh365 Platform without express prior written permission from aeh365. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform before the revised Terms take effect. Your Account balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.
